Phil is the founder of Analytics In Focus and has twenty-five years' experience in conducting data analysis, sales force sizing, targeting, call planning and sales force alignment / territory design. Prior to founding Analytics In Focus, Phil co-founded marketRx, a management consulting firm which he grew from 3 to over 300 consultants worldwide. marketRx was sold to Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2007. Prior to marketRx, Phil worked as the head of the sales force deployment and analysis group at Health Products Research, Inc. and prior to that was an operations research analyst at ZS Associates. Phil was the valedictorian of Lehigh University's College of Engineering and Applied Science where he earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
Jennifer has been involved in sales force alignment projects since 1998. Prior to joining Analytics In Focus, Jennifer worked as a project leader in the sales force alignment group at marketRx, Inc. Prior to that, she worked as a project leader managing sales force alignments at Health Products Research, Inc. During her career, Jennifer has created thousands of sales territories. Jennifer holds a BA in Mathematics / Statistics from Rutgers College — Rutgers University.
